Foundation Services
Independent Renovation Coaching for Every Stage
Choose practical, homeowner-first support for the decisions in front of you now—from early planning through project closeout.
Schedule a Discovery CallSupport That Meets You Where You Are
Make the next decision with greater clarity.
Foundation helps close the homeowner experience gap by organizing information, explaining options and tradeoffs, and helping you ask stronger questions.
Each service is available individually. A Strategy Session is a natural starting point when goals, priorities, budget assumptions, or next steps are still taking shape, but it is not a prerequisite.
Services are scoped according to the project, information available, and level of review required. A complimentary Discovery Call is the next step.
I'm Just Getting Started
Strategy Session™
Clarify goals, priorities, budget assumptions, risks, and next steps before early decisions become harder to change.
Who it is for
Homeowners considering a significant renovation, aligning competing priorities, or needing to regroup around an unclear scope.
When it is useful
Before committing to a design or construction direction, while considering team roles, or whenever assumptions need structure.
What Foundation does
Leads a focused conversation about goals, scope, budget assumptions, timing, risks, team roles, and tradeoffs without selecting professionals or prescribing one delivery method.
What you receive
You receive a written Foundation Renovation Roadmap™ summarizing priorities, risks, assumptions, unanswered questions, and next decisions.
Next step: Start with a complimentary conversation about your project.

Foundation Feasibility Report™
Preliminary, independent, pre-design due diligence for a proposed ADU or home addition.
Who it is for
Homeowners considering an ADU or home addition who want to organize property and jurisdiction information before committing to full architectural design.
What it evaluates
Available property and permit records, apparent zoning and development considerations, visible or documented site conditions, access, utilities, existing structures, likely approval considerations, major risks, and unanswered questions.
What you receive
You receive a written Foundation Feasibility Report™ that distinguishes researched findings, assumptions, limitations, items requiring confirmation, and recommended next steps. Read what an ADU feasibility study includes for a closer look at the preliminary research and its limits.
How it fits
The report is an optional add-on that supplements the Foundation Strategy Session™. It does not replace the standard written Foundation Renovation Roadmap™.
Preliminary due diligence—not an architectural feasibility study
The report does not include architectural drawings, engineering, surveying, code determinations, permit approval, legal conclusions, or guarantees of feasibility. Findings must be confirmed by the governing agency and appropriate licensed professionals.
Next step: Discuss the proposed property and the questions you need to answer before design.

What you receive

What Foundation does

What you receive
You receive written documentation of visible punch items, incomplete work, and closeout questions identified during the consultation.
Next step: Discuss the completion stage and upcoming walkthrough.
